The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors (weather permitting) while the reception will be indoors. The ceremony will take place on grass, so block heels or wedges are recommended.

The welcome party will be held at a relaxed, outdoor local spot. Think dressy casual — sundresses, jumpsuits, or nice tops with slacks or dark jeans all work well. Since we’ll be in the mountains, we recommend dressing with the outdoor setting and cooler evening temps in mind.

Yes! We will have shuttle pick-up and drop-off from both hotel blocks on the wedding day. On Friday night, a trolley will be running to and from the welcome party for guests staying at the hotel blocks.

Yes, in addition to the hotel blocks, there are Airbnb and other vacation rental options in the area. We’ve created a short list of recommended rentals on the Travel page, but please note that our shuttle transportation is limited for non-hotel stays.

No, rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are not available in the area. We recommend renting a car and using the provided shuttle transportation for wedding weekend events.
